By using VibeDeck you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

VibeDeck is a free game night app run by Joshua Jansen. We may change, pause or remove features at any time, and we do not promise it will always be available or error free.

Using it fairly

• Do not break, overload or probe the service, or try to read other people's rooms or private cards.
• Do not enter names, prompts or custom cards that are illegal, hateful, harassing or that infringe someone else's rights.
• You are responsible for what you and your guests type in a room you host.

Your account

Keep your password safe. We may remove accounts or content that break these terms.

Generated content

Decks and cards written by AI may be wrong, odd or unsuitable for your group. Check them before you play. You own the decks you create; you give us permission to store and show them to you, and to others if you choose to share them.

Our games and the originals

The code, art and wording of VibeDeck belong to us. Our games are inspired by well-known games, listed on Inspired by. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators or publishers of those games, and their names belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

Some links lead to Amazon and are affiliate links (see Affiliate links). We do not control Amazon or other sites, and purchases are between you and the seller.

Liability

VibeDeck is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it, including lost game state or data. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, such as consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes go to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
